(Torami) "YAAAAH" okay I feel like I am starting to get used to the sword! Suddenly I felt the urge to jump....-whoosh- ugh...what was that? I then saw 2 holes in a wall and they were very suspiciously shaped, I went outside and my fears were confirmed. (Torami) "Umbrell what are you doing? you could have...." (Umbrell) "Killed you, that was the plan, now hand over the sword". Before I only noticed the village was abandoned and damaged....but now I am starting to notice the similar markings. It was Umbrell's signature twin scars! I decided to take out my sword....he was stronger than me but I have no choice but to fight him! (Tormai) "I have no other option, Secret Art of the Piercing Wind" this was the technique passed down along side my family's sword! (Umbrell) "You are such a fool!" he spun his swords around.....what? n....no way he was able to somehow stop my attack just by doing that.

"Torami it doesn't matter if you know how to use that technique if you lack the power to utilize it! Now Twin Swords Scar" I tried my best to guard his attack....ugh...no good he is too strong. (Tormai) "If you want this sword then yo..you will have to kill me first". All I could do was hope that he had some sort of compassion towards me after all the years we knew each other! (Umbrell) "Then fall Twin-Swords Scar the second" I fell over..just before the attack was launched. I guess he never cared....-clash-. Huh? "Who are you?" (???) "My name does not matter, unless you want to fight me I suggest you leave". I could feel the tension..but I started to fade away....(Voice) "Commander Shilumi it looks like we found another village that has been attacked!". Those were the last words I heard....

I kept reliving that day over and over.....did Umbrell really attack the village despite it being his home? How did he even get away with it? there was no way master Suyuri would of lost to him. Or did Umbrell sneak attack him? I started to shake.... (???) "Calm down you are in a safe place now!". Huh who's voice was that? I suddenly opened my eyes and it was some woman with her hair over one of her eyes. "Please relax, my name is Novelle, if that help's you to feel more at ease?". (Tormai) "Oh um yeah thank you my name is Torami, can I ask what happened?". (Novelle) "I guess it's fair you should know, we found you unconscious in an abandoned village! Well I personally didn't, you see we are a part of an organisation known as the Peace-Blades. A group of warriors from all kinds of backgrounds that have come together to put an end to all the conflicts in this region!". (Torami) "I see thank you" she smiled, after we talked for a bit she left.

After she left I checked to make sure the scroll I had was still on me and luckily it was! (???) "Hmm so is that why your home was attacked?" I looked over and saw another woman! (Tormai) "It's rude to spy on people...." (???) "Consider it part of the life debt since it was my squad that found you, I am Orulumi Shilumi a commander of the Peace Blades!". (Torami) "Thank you then....sorry it's just my master trusted me with this scroll and I don't know what happened to him!". (Orulumi) "He most likely lead the villagers away, from what we could tell you were the only one hurt....". Wait so did Umbrell damage everyone's homes just for the sake of it? I clenched my fist in anger I then saw her start to walk away, (Tormai) "Please can I join the Peace Blades?".

She stopped as I pleaded my case....after what happened I will use my sword to stop anyone like Umbrell! (Orulumi) "You won't get special treatment just because you have an Ancient Sword...." I could hear slight frustration in her voice as she said that. (Torami) "That does not matter to me, I swear that I will use my sword to protect those who cannot fight the evils of this world!". Before I only cared about proving to master I had what it took to wield my family's sword. But after what happened to my home I want to shed away that selfishness. (Orulumi) "Sure I will allow you to join but from now on I am your master. And I don't plan on taking things easy on you despite your situation!" I agreed to her terms. She will probably be stricter on me than master Suyuri but I am more serious than ever before!

(???) "HYAAAAAH" okay I will fake him out with a high strike then switch to a low! -Clang-.....-bump- no way he just pushed me back before I could even use the switch. (???) "Master Suyuri you could at least let me attempt to land a blow on you". (Suyuri) "Torami in battle an opponent won't let you just hit them, well ones who aren't arrogant fool's won't!". Ugh I guess he was right.....despite being the most skilled warrior in the village he never brags. Also he never goes overboard with his attacks, (Torami) "How about we fight again but this time I use Ernishu?" (Suyuri) "No, if I allow you to only rely on your family's blade you won't bother improving on basic technique!". Ugh what a pain, I inherit a legendary sword and I am not even allowed to use it. I spent a few more hours practicing but still wasn't able to impress Suyuri, I decided to go back home to relax after today's training.

On my way back I bumped into someone, (Torami) "Oh hey Umbrell, are you off on another mission?". (Umbrell) "Yeah unlike you I actually contribute to this village's legacy!". Ugh what a pain....I know I wasn't as skilled with the sword as my father but there is no need to rub it in. (Torami) "Yeah well when I start using Ernishu you won't stand a chance against me!". (Umbrell) -Humph- "A sword like that is wasted on you!" he then walked off....one day I will earn his respect. When I got home I sat down and looked over at my father's sword, I felt tempted to take it. I just want to become a well known warrior but I just lack the skill for some reason. -knock knock- Huh weird I don't get visitors that often!

(Suyuri) "Sorry to disturb you Torami but I have a personal request for you, please take this scroll". (Torami) "Um okay master, what do I do with it?" he had a very serious look on his face! (Suyuri) "Go to the neighboring village and pick up some supplies for us, I will pay you for this of course!". Hmm he never seemed to ask me to go buy food for us, (Torami) "What do I do with the scroll?" (Suyuri) "Just hold on to it and don't look at it's contents. The only time you may see what's inside is if a man known as Rook gives permission!". Ugh this felt off to me but I agreed since master has always supported me and I want to repay him. But why would he tell me the only time I would be allowed to look at the scroll? There wasn't anyone in the village known as Rook....he wasn't sending me out on a mission to find this guy, forget it I will just focus on getting the supplies!

I made it to the nearby village after a few hours, luckily I had a decent idea of what we usually buy from here since master didn't give me a list! I decided to rent a room for the night as the walk here was exhausting, it felt weird not sleeping in my room. Guess this was a chance to experience travelling even though it was just a nearby village. The next day I made my way back to the village.....n....no way what happened? The place was in ruin, I rushed over to master's home but he didn't answer no matter how many times I knocked. I then wen't back to my place.....it was also messed up but why? I looked over at father's sword and picked it up out of instinct. Outside it looked like there were some tracks, I decided to follow them later but first I wanted to get some training in. I had a suspicion this was the work of bandits....yet they shouldn't of stood a chance...

-Noella went to a festival to take her mind of her recent battle- I walked around a bunch of different stall’s and performer’s but nothing seemed to cheer me up. Why did I let my pride get to me like that, I..I wish I could of done things differently. UGH I threw my deck on the ground….and stormed off, I tried a few more activities to try and forget about Zonelle for good. But all I saw was people having Zonelle battles….then a memory kicked in (???) “I attack with Spirit of Bird” (Noella) “I block that one with Bush Tiger”. -Sigh- I remember when I used to battle with my best friend….why did she have to leave? (???) “Um excuse me mam I think you dropped these!” suddenly a guy walked up to me and gave me back my cards. (???) “Are you sure you should give them back? she betrayed her cards when she threw them down!” Ugh who was this guy? before I knew it the one giving me the deck back had retracted them.

(???) “If you beat me in a battle you can have them back full time, do you accept Eugene’s challenge?”. Ugh….I guess that’s the guy’s name his outfit was um very unique, (Noella) “I accep….” (??? “I will fight on her behalf, my name is Ziro!” (Noella) “What the heck I can fight my own battle….plus you were against him giving me my deck back!”. (Ziro) “Do you think you are in the right frame of mind to battle after throwing away your cards so easily?” Ugh….I guess he was right the two then stood opposite each other. (Eugene) “I will start, I draw then summon a monster in the defence line and place 2 effect cards.” (Ziro) “I see hiding your deck type smart move, I draw then summon Fire-Ball Mage!” -gulp- a fire deck. “I then activate Burning Passion which double my monsters strength and he attacks your defender!” Hmm I guess good move but that boost only lasts one turn, “I then place an effect card and call it a turn!”. (Enrique) “I summon Moss Golem and he will attack your Mage” (Ziro) “I activate Ranged FIre-Ball and destroy an effect card. I then evolve my Mage into Magician of Flames”

(Eugene) “Smart move but I will activate Revival Leaf to bring back my Golem!”. He got to keep his monster….but Ziro pulling off an evolution on his opponents turn was an amazing counter though. (Ziro) “Is that a bit of enjoyment I see?” I just nodded. “I summon a second Magician of Flames and both of my monsters attack you directly and I place an effect card!” (Eugene) “I activate Temple Guarding to bring out 2 more golem’s in the defence line. I then activate All out Assault to push them into the offense line and all 3 monsters attack you. All out Assault destroys all attacking monsters but I didn’t use my summon so I summon a new defence monster!” Wow so if he can pull off that combo again he could potentially win….(Ziro) “I draw, then I summon Sorcerer of Dark Flames! His ability destroys my other monster’s” (Noella) “WHAT….that’s limiting your own attack power” then it hit me….he had two monsters. (Ziro) “This is my special combo where I evolve my Sorcerer into Eternal-Flame Sage. His ability gives him a bonus attack for each of magician card I discarded this turn!”

(Eugene) “And that just happens to be enough too take out my defence monster and my remaining lives. -Gulp- guess I bit off more than I could chew” (Ziro) “Eternal-Flame Sage hit him with the grand finale spell!” and with that attack he won the battle! The two then shook hands, (Eugene) “It was an honour to witness such an incredible combo but next time I will have one of my own. Let’s just say I’m in the developmental stage” (Ziro) “Haha yeah it took me a while to figure out my end game combo”. Eugene then handed Ziro the deck…um (Noella) “Can I have my cards back now?”. He handed them to me….(Ziro) “Now face me in a battle!” (Noella) “But why….I promise I won’t toss away my cards away again”. (Ziro) “I believe you but you need to remember why Zonelle is important to you and an all out battle is the key to that!” I guess he was right but I don’t stand a chance against him….especially without my gate card.

I woke up....as expected the picture I left out was taken, after what I was shown by Isabelle yesterday my suspicions were confirmed. -Ding dong- (Hedgy) "Since the last sleepyhead is up now here is the next motive. Listen carefully now one of you has been a traitor since day one and has provided tools for the killers so far!". Huh...is the host actually outing Sora? Actually I wonder if anyone else would even think of it being Sora? I walked out of my room...Sora's door was open so I went inside....his bed looked like it hadn't been slept in last night. (Yuri) "Hey Ein what are you doing here?" I took a deep breath and explained. (Ein) "Sora's door was open and it look's like he hadn't slept here....I think he might of". (Yuri) "N...no way but we were given a motive just now! would someone really kill him without a reason. We both check through all of the floors....I'm sure the others were at the meeting but I had to know what happened...I got to the 5th floor and there he was. I felt too my knees it was definitely Sora surrounded by blood. I checked his body and he wasn't breathing at all....I called for Yuri then as he arrived.

(Hedgy) "A body has been discovered on the 5th floor corridor" wait a second....only me and Yuri are here. Does that mean someone else found Sora and didn't tell the rest of us about this? I looked around the area but as expected no murder weapon was left behind! (Ein) "Yuri...sorry to say this but Sora was the traitor....he made the chains Enrique used!". (Yuri) "I thought so....-sigh- even he was a fake friend" he had wen't back to talking with his puppets. Everyone one else arrived....(Ellie) "No...not Sora...-sniffle- he was always able to keep us all working together!". I started to shake....one of the other four were the killer, I know for a fact it couldn't have been Yuri. I was so caught up in trying to find Sora....I was so used to someone killing after being given a motive I almost braised myself for it to happen. But Sora....he didn't even know he has just been betrayed...everything is going dark...-Thump-.

I kept waking up....it has so many times I couldn't tell if I was awake or dreaming! I finally felt like I could get up again, (Naruma) "Oh Ein are you okay? I guess dumb question after what we just saw but are you still dizzy?". (Ein) "I feel better now thanks, it was just a shock like all the times when we were given a motive I almost expected someone to be killed. Then for Sora to die out of no where....it just feels so messed up I could handle the others deaths a lot better!". Maybe the weight of what has happened here didn't fully click to me until seeing Sora just now. (Naruma) "I get what you mean..." she seemed like she wanted to say something but couldn't get the words out! I braised myself for the investigation....."Ein are you sure about this you can sit this one out if it will be too much for you". (Ein) "I want to help....I may be able to look at things from a different angle from the others. For now I want to keep it a secret about me and Yuri being confirmed innocents and not knowing the third.

I have a suspicion someone found Sora after his attack and the killer most likely doesn't know that. It feels like a dirty trick but if I can figure out who the third discoverer is then I can hope the killer tries to frame them. I decided to investigate Sora's body....he definitely was stabbed. It was a pretty lousy job but unfortunately none of us remaining participants specialize with blade's so can't really rule anyone out. Instead of that I should be wondering why Sora was on the 5th floor at night....he tends to stick to his own room. While I was looking for Sora on the other floors I didn't see any blood stains so I don't have a lead on where the murder weapon was disposed of. I should probably ask the others if they have found anything because I don't know where to begin on this attack.

(Noelle) "I draw".....I don't know what to do, I don't have anything stronger than his Eagle! Hmm I think I know what to do about this guy, "I summon Bush Deer and attack you directly". I placed 2 effect cards as I need to either guard or bait his destroy effects. (Shin) "I draw then I summon a Flame Sparrow and both my monsters will attack you directly!" (Noelle) "I will stop Sparrow's attack with a Mossy Shield". Perfect, he placed one of his own effect card's but that didn't matter to me! "I activate Nature's Gate and summon a new Bush Tiger and Bush Snake, they will then joint attack your Eagle". Two monsters can attack together but it uses up both monsters attacks. "I will then have my Deer attack you directly" (Shin) "I counter with Flame Shot!" he destroyed my monster....". Hmm he is probably going to try and evolve again, I...don't have anything to counter with! It then hit me....if I had attacked with all 3 monsters he would of been on his last life.

(Shin) "I guess my turn, I summon a new Inferno Pidgeon and my monsters attack you directly! I then conclude my turn with 2 effect cards". (Noelle) "That's it....I thought you would of put up more of a fight, all three of my monsters attack you directly". (Shin) "I activate Flame Shield to block your Tiger", (Noelle) "You think I'm done I will activate Beastly Instinct so my Tiger can attack again". (Clive) "Um Noelle I think you should calm down a bit!" (Noelle) "Back of Clive, I am so close to ending this guy's rain of terror" once my attack hit's it is game over. (Shin) "I activate a second Flame Shot, the guard was just to get you to waste that Instinct card!". Whatever I can just place another shield and only take one damage. (Shin) "I will start by activate Burning Pillar, then with a destruction count of 2 my Flame Sparrow can evolve too Flame Gryphon. When summoned he can destroy an effect card and I will choose the second effect card!" No way...how I should of won this battle already....what went wrong?

(Shin) "My Gryphon and Pidgeon will now attack you directly" I had to take both of the attacks! How could I lose to this guy....I had him beat if I didn't attack his Eagle. "Now hand over the Gate Card!" I took it out and handed it over too him...that card why did I wager it? I felt so ashamed....(Clive) "How can you just take a rare card like that?" he then grinned, (Shin) "Your friend was a fake hero, she resorted to making a deal with me just for a battle. Zonelle is full of people like her who try to stop people like me by making wagers. If she was noble she would of challenged me with no stakes but nope she had to put her card on the line. If I lost and was banned from this place you wouldn't have kicked up as much of of a fuss!". I clenched my fist because I knew he was right....I took out his Eagle just because I wanted to over power his strongest monster at the time. I am a disgrace to Zonelle, I ran out of the cafe....I can't believe I threw away a Gate card like that!

-Outside of the cafe- (???) "Boss this is Gen reporting in, looks like that Shin guy has a new victim. However this time he seems too of won a Nature Gate card! (Boss) "Hmm that card could be his key to bribing higher ranked players into facing him. Continue to observe his progress I think he could be a potential ally for us". (Gen) "Yes sir" why would someone be dumb enough to wager a Gate card against a superior opponent though? I wonder if a round two will happen....or do I claim the prize for myself? Decisions decisions.
